Bluetooth Earmuffs
Strangers are the worst.
You could be walking down the street wearing a shirt that says “DON’T TALK TO ME” written in fresh blood and still some guy will think he’s the one person that has something you need to hear. (And it’s usually something stupid like “smile,” like he thinks he’s the first person to say that to you and it’ll change your whole life.)
Needless to day, wearing a pair of ear muffs is not going to stop people from talking to you. However, wearing ear muffs that are also headphones so you can listen to music while keeping your ears warm might make it easier to not hear people when they try to talk to you.
Just a recap, in case anyone is confused – these are pretty safe assumptions to make in life: People wearing sunglasses don’t want you to come up and shine a flashlight in their face. People wearing surgical masks aren’t the best people to ask, “Hey, does this smell funny to you?” And people wearing anything over their ears don’t want you to talk to them.
