There was maybe a 10-15 year period in America where this hairstyle existed.

Does it have a name?

If anyone knows what it’s called, please let us know in the comments.

It’s got some qualities of a mullet but the top is too long to really be considered a true 10-90.

Anyway, if you’re going for a late 70’s thru 80’s look, this wig will get the job done pretty much single-handedly. Throw down a few bucks on some outdated threads at a consignment store and you’re good to go.

Honestly, here’s a great example of what we like to call a “utility wig.”

That’s a kind of wig that you might buy for a Halloween costume or something, only to realize that it’s perfect for all sorts of other occasions. Give this one a chance and you just may find yourself wearing it more than you’d expect!
