Back to the top at hand, this is a bag of Moon Rocks, which is apparently what you call popcorn after it’s been upgraded from an already kickass snack to a phenomenal munchie. These absolute crazy people took popcorn and covered in peanut butter and oats. You might think the oats sound like an afterthought or like these folks just had a surplus of oats laying around or something. But no, the oats bring texture to the situation. Texture. Say it.
