drunkMall doesn’t endorse smoking cigarettes but monkeys doing people things is the height of comedy, so, we’ll forgive the square.

Like, is this monkey a Shriner? And how exactly is this a clock?

We can answer the clock thing. This guy named Oswald used to make clocks where the time was indicated by the position of a figurine’s eyeballs instead of the long and short arm we’re all used to seeing now. The left eye is the hour and the right eye is the minute, so the monkey clock here is showing a time of 3:45.
