Desktop Fog and Laser Show

Forget about lava lamps and lightning balls. Here’s a machine that puts most desktop flair to shame. A vertical chamber fills with fog to make the laser highly visible as it dances around the inside.

There’s a demo mode, if you want to sit back and watch the show. Or, you can use the knobs to take control of the show yourself! Control the speed of the laser’s movement around the bottom of the chamber, control the speed at which the laser strobes on and off, using various combinations to create many different patterns and effects.

The lid at the top of the chamber can be closed to trap the fog on the inside or opened to let it escape with some of the laser light. Fog is created from common mineral oil, so you don’t have to buy any expensive special FX fluid or anything for refills.
